Join the Flagstaff Christian Chamber of Commerce for out Sept Community & Conversation. a refreshing morning on the patio at The Station Café where we'll introduce something new: our 4-to-1 Mentorship Model — a simple, sustainable rhythm that pairs one mentor with a small circle of up to four total, so wisdom gets shared, relationships go deeper, and no one walks their professional journey alone.

This isn't business cards and small talk. From the moment you arrive, you'll move through the room with guided questions designed to go below the surface — "What's excited you lately?" and "Where have you seen God in your work this season?" Then we'll gather around tables with prompts that turn good conversation into genuine connection, all centered on the power of mentorship.

The data backs the heart behind it: people with mentors are five times more likely to advance, and far more likely to feel their work truly matters. But for us, it's bigger than career — it's calling. It's iron sharpening iron, right here in our city.
