The Effective Leader Workshop

This one-hour workshop is for Christian business owners who feel called by the Lord to lead their companies while being guided by the Holy Spirit rather than after the pattern of this world.

The first half hour of this workshop introduces how to hear God’s voice to unlock the ability to lead with greater clarity and confidence while growing a company. 

The second half hour trains business owners in the practical ways to grow a company that can successfully operate without them through our 7-Step Operating System, which eliminates bottlenecks, ignites growth, and drives lasting transformation in their companies’ cultures. You will learn how we incorporate practical business strategies with spiritual discernment to help your company thrive. By integrating financial controls, clear objectives, and the unique spiritual gifts of the leadership team, you will come to expect supernatural results.
