She spent decades working with Fortune 500 companies (including IBM, Nokia, and Siemens) as well as startups, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations—launching new products and programs, new partnerships and joint ventures, new divisions, and new companies.
Susan founded her consulting firm, Go to Market Impact, to help mission-focused leaders of organizations of all sizes achieve results faster when launching high-stakes strategies. She developed the De-Risk System for Impact® to encourage leaders to openly discuss risk and plan for the “people side of risk,” which is too often ignored.
Her newest book, Fast Track Your Big Idea! Navigate Risk, Move People to Action, and Avoid Your Strategy Going Off Course (coming Fall 2025), equips leaders in business, nonprofits, and ministries with practical tools to advance their vision while staying anchored in their values and purpose.
Susan serves as board chair of the Nehemiah Entrepreneurship Community, a business training and coaching success platform that serves entrepreneurs and Kingdom businesses around the world. She is a member of the Orlando chapter of the U.S. Christian Chamber of Commerce.
